Mas Camp platform
A brandable registration and operations system for bands, sections and multi-event packages.
THE BRAND BEHIND MAS CAMP
Carnival is your business. Rude Monkey brings the people, payments, costumes and wristband access together—under your band’s own identity.
18 app tabs. A sample band. No sign-up.
THE MAS CAMP FAMILY
One brand behind the carnival and Mas Camp apps. Your people, your events and your team, with a clear place for every part of the work.
A brandable registration and operations system for bands, sections and multi-event packages.
Individual band apps keep their own identity. Our work includes the Bago Limers and Fog Angels editions.
Wristband assignment, activation, event validation and scanning workflows for authorised staff.
Manage public registrations, costume and size selections, multi-event packages, deposits and outstanding balances. Find a masquerader by name or phone.
Organise sections, preparation sheets, manufacturer orders and receiving. Track who collected each costume, when it was collected and which staff member handled it.
Connect each wristband to its masquerader and authorised events, with dedicated tools for the scanning team.
Track daily sales, payment methods and cash reconciliation. Give section leaders and staff the access they need, with activity records and reports for management.
ONE CONNECTED JOURNEY
Keep the next step clear for your team
and your masqueraders.
Record the person, costume, events and payments.
Organise production and get each costume ready for pickup.
Write the wristband and activate eligible, fully paid events.
Check the wristband at the event and record authorised access.
TAKE IT FOR A TEST RUN
Open the actual Mas Camp interface with a populated sample band. Explore registration, payment tracking, costume production, inventory, accounting, daily register, team management and simulated NFC—and see how changes carry across the tabs.
Open the app demoFictional records and illustrative prices. Payments and NFC actions are simulated.
THE WRISTBAND HAS A JOB TO DO
Night Mas, J’Ouvert, Pretty Mas and food service can each have their own rules, connected to the same masquerader.
One clear action.
Every eligible event.
Link the tag’s UID or serial to the registration. Activate authorised events; keep unpaid, cancelled or voided entitlements inactive.
A food scan can redeem a meal once. J’Ouvert access can remain active for further security checks without consuming the food entitlement again.
Load event data before going offline and sync scan history when connected. Use one designated offline food device to stop repeat redemption on that device.
Use test scanning to rehearse. A confirmation scan checks the wristband without issuing it again or changing event attendance.
ISLAND ROOTS. REGIONAL AMBITION.

GET THE CAMP READY
A good rollout starts before the queue forms. Plan around your band size, events, sections and the staff working each station.
Bring your logo, costume catalogue, prices, sizes, sections and event packages. Define who can register, take payments, prepare costumes and scan.
Work through registration, payment entry, costume pickup and wristband activation. Check the phones, tags and scanning permissions the team will use.
Practise valid, unpaid, already-used and offline scans. Confirm the backup, sync and recovery process before going live with real masqueraders.
Licensing and rollout are scoped around participant numbers, event count, equipment, training and support. Confirm the package and currency before committing to a season.
A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Yes. Open the app demo to explore the actual app tabs with fictional registrations, costumes, payments and staff. No sign-up is needed. Each visitor gets a separate 60-minute workspace, with a reset button to start again. The demo does not collect payments or write physical NFC tags. Contact us to plan branding, equipment, training and a setup suited to your band.
Yes. Your app carries your band’s identity, with “Powered by RuDE MonKEY” identifying the platform behind it.
Yes. A wristband connects to the person’s authorised events. Each event has its own eligibility and payment status, so access to one event does not automatically grant access to another.
Food can be configured as a single-use entitlement. For an offline food station, one designated device keeps the local redemption record. Disconnected phones cannot instantly share new redemptions with each other.
The offline workflow requires the event dataset to be downloaded first. Scans are recorded locally and synced when the device reconnects. Staff should refresh the dataset before going offline and rehearse this process before event day.
No. Phone hardware, operating system and app support matter. The rollout includes checking the intended devices and tags; confirm compatibility before purchasing scanning equipment.
Yes. Access can be organised around section leadership, registration, payments, security, food and event check-in. The owner retains control of the band’s operation.
YOUR BAND. YOUR IDENTITY.
